Nepal Army vacancy 2083/84 at a glance
The Nepali Army fills posts several times a year through its Recruitment & Selection Directorate (श्री भर्ना छनौट निर्देशनालय, Jangi Adda). Officer entry is through Officer Cadet (अधिकृत क्याडेट), which leads to the rank of Second Lieutenant after training. Soldier entry is through the Sainya (सैन्य) advertisement, published together with trade followers, which leads to the rank of Sipahi. Professional, technical, air and miscellaneous services recruit officers and Padik/Billadar (JCO/NCO-level) specialists such as nurses, overseers and mechanics. See how these fit together on our Nepal Army ranks page.
