Vacancy and result notices are posted on its Online Recruitment System, bharna.apf.gov.np, which also hosts the syllabus, the registration form and a user manual. The latest notices are listed below.
How to apply (आवेदन कसरी दिने)
- Open bharna.apf.gov.np and read the vacancy notice. The portal lists age limits and qualifications for each post.
- Complete the registration form online and generate the PDF of your filled form.
- Take the documents the portal asks for when you report: recent passport-size colour photos, a copy of your citizenship certificate, your minimum qualification certificate and character certificate, and an A4 printout of the online form.
- Follow result notices on the same portal for each stage of selection.

Selection process (छनौट प्रक्रिया)
APF selection is in stages, typically physical tests, a written exam, a medical examination and an interview. Each stage is announced on bharna.apf.gov.np, which also publishes the syllabus.
